UOB Sathorn is the main UOB office located in Sathorn Road and was built in 1986.

With the major flood in Bangkok in 2011, concerns were raised in relation to the electrical power failure of this main Data Centre in central Bangkok.

EEC Lincolne Scott was appointed as the MEP consultants to study and make recommendations followed by the design and documentation of the electrical system upgrade to improve the emergency electrical power system to handle any critical situation in case of electrical failure.

The new generator building and renovation of existing electrical power system to supply to Data Centre, Server room and Call centre has been successfully implemented.
